	Spam Policy E-Mail Xpress does not allow spam, bulk mailings, or relayed messages to be sent from our system. We reserve the right to terminate service to anyone who uses their e-mail accounts for these prohibited purposes. Spam is any e-mail that is unsolicted, commercial e-mail. We also prohibit the indirect use of your e-mail account as a return or contact address in any spam e-mail that is sent from any other mailserver. Our e-mail accounts are expected to be used as individual accounts with message quantity and size consistent with normal individual account usage. Relaying is the illegal use of internet services by relaying spam or bulk mailing through a mail server without paying for the service or having authorization to use the service. Spammers have become technologically sophisticated, and attempt to use systems to relay their spam illegally, tying up resources and bandwidth without ever paying for it. E-Mail Xpress utilizes available software to prohibit virus, spam, and relaying through our system.
